I do keynotes around the ideas in my books, particularly Reframing Organizations, How Great Leaders Think, Reframing Academic Leadership, and Leading with Soul. I do workshops on themes of change, leadership, improving relationships at work, and organizational diagnosis. I enjoy working with a range of audiences in business, education, and government. It’s been all Zoom since the pandemic hit, but I’m optimistic that in-person events will be possible soon.
